Born in Arcadia, Califonia, Beverley Anne Mitchell started her career very early at the ripe age of 5 years old. She did a ton of commercials for Oscar Meyer, Disney videos, Energizer Batteries among other things.

She was discovered oddly enough during a temper tantrum at the local mall. A talent agent saw her and knew beneath that crying girl was an actress. Only in TV.

At 9 years old, she did a TV series with Jake Steinfeld, of body building fame, where she played one of the kids that he was to look after.

Who knew that six years later, she would be a force to be reckoned with, having a role in The Crow: City of Angels.

But true fame came when landing the role of Lucy Camden on the WB's 7th Heaven, one that would rocket her to stardom. She became quite the popular actress of the teen set appearing in numerous fan magazines and such. And the odd thing was that even though her TV sibling Jessica Biel was taller than she was and played the big sister, Beverley was actually older.

She still plays Lucy on 7th Heaven and graduated from High School in 2000 and is currently attending Loyola Maramount University, where she is studying, of course, film. Even despite all that, she still finds time to appear in independant and new films.

Her father is a race promotor, which is what surely prompted her to play in the Disney Channel's Right on Track, the story of real life racers Erica and Courtney Enders.

She is also quite active in RADD Kids and K-Mart Kids Race Against Drugs Charities.
